ApartmentStores.com,Inc. agrees to use its best efforts to promote the clients
website, company or service through a standard advertising program and the
providing of sales leads. The providing of payment information to ApartmentStores.com
Inc by a client for this purpose constitutes a binding agreement between
the client and ApartmentStores.com Inc.
The client agrees to protect and indemnify ApartmentStores.com Inc, from
any claims of libel, copyright violation, plagiarism, and other suits or
claims based on the content or subject matter of the client's website
or service. All claims made are the responsibility of the client. NO refunds
apply. Cancellation of any Agreement must be in writing and sent certified
mail to: ApartmentStores.com Inc. 261 Christopher Way, Talent, Or 97540.
Cancellation notice must be 30 days in advance of next billing period to
avoid charges. By providing Payment Information to ApartmentStores.com
for advertising and sales lead service, the client agrees to acceptance
of the above terms and conditions and agrees that the providing of payment
information constitutes a signed transaction document for credit card processing. The foregoing constitutes the Tems & Conditions that apply to any advertising
or marketing agreement between ApartmentStores.com and a client.
